Introduction of biomass pellet machine

Raw material receiving, chipping and crushing
The equipments of this section are belt conveyor,crusher, fan,discharger,airlock and the,pulse dust collector.
1. The process of this section is :
Belt conveyor take the 1-20cm raw wood to the crusher, Adjust the feeding speed of the
belt conveyor according to the crusher’s load current, can ensure the full load working of the crusher.
The crusher is capable for cutting the raw wood into chips and then crush the chips into powder.
The fineness of the powder can be adjusted by using different Screen hole. Powders are then
conveyed to the next section by the wind convey system of combined fan, discharger and airlocks.
2. Drying Section
The equipments of this section are bin for dryer, screw feeder, hot air stove, drum dryer, fan,
discharger, airlock and belt conveyor. The raw material moisture greater than 12% .
The process of this section is: materials go through the screw feeder into the drum dryer,speed controlled as above. Hot wind from the stove blow across the materials, materials are carried and threw up in the drum,
realizing intense heat exchange. So the materials are dried for the next section.
3. Grinding Section
The equipments of this section are belt conveyor, hammer mill.
4. Pelletizing Section
The equipment of this section is permanent magnetic tube, bin for pellet mill, pellet mill,belt conveyor.
The process is:material for pelletized go through the permanent magnetic tube(deironing ) into the bin for pellet mill.
Wood powder go through the feeders into the pellet mill to be pressed intopellet, size of the pellet can be changed by
different ring die. Pellets (80°) go into the counterflow cooler to be cooled by air counterflow.
5. Cooling and Screening Section
The main equipments of this section is Counter-flow Cooler and Viberating screen.

The cooler is used to reduce the temperature and moisture of the pellets, thusto acquire better hardness and strength. Also it can enhance the transport ability and storage ability.
6.Packing Section
After cooling, wood pellet would be packed into bags in order to avoid affected with damp. Packed pellet would be transferred by truck and sold.
Packaging and shapping of our machines:
1. All the machines will be wrapped up with plastic film first (including the motor).
2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make plywod case or iron box, put machine in and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements)
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
