The structure and operation principle :

This honeycomb coal briquette making machine with simple structure, include the body, driving, feeding, punching, and conveying, etc, five parts.

1. Body parts: consists of platen, engine base, forming the skeleton entity.

2. Driving parts: consists of motor, belt pulley, gear, transmission shaft, etc. The motor make the gear shaft rotating through belt pulley, and through two gears pass to axis, then by a pair of bevel gears and the rotating axis to drive the dial, and then pass to the four panel movement.

3. Feeding parts: consists of spindle, hopper, agitator, it will strike by axial gear mixer, beaten coal and load mode barrel.

4. The punching parts: it is meanly consists of four slides, sliding beam, punch, punch holder, punch pin, activity pressure plate, end of activity mode, spring, etc. When the machine driven by two gears, through the pull rod drives the sliding beam, make the punch down, activities set up, the spring become tight, press the coal powder into coal briquettes, and punch the coal briquettes onto the conveyor, for conveying out, the density of coal briquettes, is decided by the spring to tightly press activity plate.

5. Conveying parts: consists of transmission rack, belt pulley, support, conveying belt, etc. The conveyor belt random rotation the shaped coal briquettes out off the body, the adjustable screw on the conveyor rack can adjust the tightness.

Production process of honeycomb

Production process of honeycomb coal briquette production line :

1. Firstly, you need to crush the coal into powder material by our Coal Crusher .

2. Secondly, you have to mix liquid binder or water with coal powder by the Double-shaft Mixer .

3. The third step is to feed the material into Coal Briquette Machine for producing coal briquette.

4. The last step, you need to dry the coal briquettes duo to the liquid binder by our Box-type Dryer or just under the sunshine if it is strong enough.

5. If you want, we can also provide you the Auto Packaging Machine for packaging the coal briquettes after they are totally dried.

Installation and debugging of our beehive coal briquette making machine :
1. Firstly, you need to put the mahcines evenly and firmly fixed on the concrete ground.

2. Cleaning all the machines about the oil dirties and sundry, then turn on every machine, filling grease in the movement sections.

3. Checking whether the screws of every parts have been loosen.

4. Adjusting the location and gap of rotation, and punching, etc, every part, after they are well adjusted, fixed the pulley by hands, to ensure each part function properly.

5. The host pulley turned to turn as the clockwise like. Forbidden to reverse, you'd better to try the rotation directly of motor by removing the pulley before start running.
