1. Honeycomb briquette machine is to regard the well processed coal as raw material, after crush, mix, and then compress to coal briquettes. After several times of improvements, it has been improved the structure, increased the density, improved performance, prolonged its service live. 

2. It is called honeycomb coal briquette machine because the holes on the briquettes make them look like honeycomb, also because of this holes, the surface of the coal briquettes are expanded, so that the coal briquettes can be easily and totally burnt, to reduce the waste of energy.

This honeycomb coal briquette machine structure is simple, includes the body, drive, feeding, punching, and conveying, etc, five parts.

1. Body parts: consits of platen, engine base, forming the skeleton entity.

2. Driving parts: consists of motor, belt pulley, gear, transmission shaft, etc. The motor make the gear shaft rotating through belt pulley, and through two gears pass to axis, and then by a pair of bevel gear and the axis of rotation to drive the dial, and then pass to the four panel movement.

3. Feeding parts: consists of spindle, hopper, agitator, it will strike by axial gear mixer, beaten coal and load mode barrel.

4. The punching parts: it is meanly consists of four slide, sliding beam, punch, punch holder, punch pin, activity pressure plate, end of activity mode, spring, etc. When the machine driven by two gears, through the pull rod drives the sliding beam, make the punch down, activities set up, the spring become tight, press the coal powder into coal briquettes, and punch the coal briquettes onto the conveyor, for conveying out, the density of coal briquettes, is decided by the spring to tightly press activity plate.

5. Conveying parts: consists of transmission rack, belt pulley, support, conveying belt, etc. The conveyor belt random rotation the shaped coal briquettes out off the body, the adjustable screw on the conveyor rack can adjust the tightness.

3. Third, you have to mix the liquid binder with the coal powder by the Double-shaft Mixer.

4. The forth step for you to do is to feed the material into coal briquette machine for producing coal briquettes.

5. The last step, you need to dry the coal briquettes duo to the liquid binder by our Box-type Dryer or just under the sunshine if it is strong enough.

2. The plastic film bag wrapped machine, according to the size and weight to make wooden or iron box, put machine in and fixed the box after loading. (The box material can be made as your requirements)
3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
