Introduction
Airflow type charcoal furnace is the latest product of Yuxi Machine. It adopts the advanced hot airflow carbonization technology, substantially improving the carbonization degree from 80% to 99%, and the carbonization time is reduced from 24h to 6h. With the advantages of convenient operation, good safety, high efficiency, saving a lot of energy and environmental protection, as an ideal equipment for the cogeneration of coal, gas, oil and fertilizer.

Structure
Airflow carbonization furnace consists of furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber and exhaust pip. There’s a carbonization inner container in chamble of funace body, and it is installed a cover, its upper edge is fixed with folded down annular flange, which is fastening installed with the annular seal ring fixed at the upper part of inner chamber. And hoisting suspension loops are respectively fixed on side wall of carbonization inner container, carbonization inner container cover and furnace cover. This airflow charcoal blast furnace is seperated with combustor, realizing continuous work by using movable carbonization inner container. One furnace body can be equipped with multiple carbonization inner containers, no pre-heating when replacing inner containers, and its cooling can be completely out of the furnace body, greatly improving work efficiency, saving labor and costs, with good sealing effect, simple and novel structure, easy operation.

Feature
Airflow charcoal carbonization furnace increases flue gas recovery device, realizing smokeless. The recovered exhaust gas can be lighted for heating, cooking, also for the dryer.
