Introductiton
Airflow hoisting type carbonization furnace uses latest developed combined type airflow carbonization furnace. It adopts hositing combination structure, with the method of hanging from the cooling, it can carbonize multiple furnaces, greatly shortening the production cycle and improving the efficiency of charcoal production. So it’s an ideal equipment for large and medium scale charcoal making manufacturer.

Structure
Hoisting airflow type charcoal furnace consists of furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber and exhaust pip. There’s a carbonization inner container in chamble of funace body, and it is installed a cover, its upper edge is fixed with folded down annular flange, which is fastening installed with the annular seal ring fixed at the upper part of inner chamber. And hoisting suspension loops are respectively fixed on side wall of carbonization inner container, carbonization inner container cover and furnace cover. This charcoal carbonization furnace is seperated with combustor, realizing continuous work by using movable carbonization inner container. One furnace body can be equipped with multiple carbonization inner containers, no pre-heating when replacing inner containers, and its cooling can be completely out of the furnace body, greatly improving work efficiency, saving labor and costs, with good sealing effect, simple and novel structure, easy operation.

Airflow hoisting type charcoal furnace adopts unique storage chamber struture, making full use of the flue gas produced by carbonization.
