Introduction
The dry distillation carbonization furnace uses the principle of dry distillation carbonization, and processes the rods in furnace by hypoxia heating to generate combustible gas, tar and carbon decomposition. Dry distillation carbonization stove increases flue gas recovery device based on original charcoal furnace, realizing smokeless. The recovered exhaust gas can be lighted for heating, cooking, also for the dryer.

Structure
Dry distillation charcoal furnace consists of furnace body, furnace cover, heating chamber and exhaust pip. There’s a carbonization inner container in chamble of funace body, and it is installed a cover, its upper edge is fixed with folded down annular flange, which is fastening installed with the annular seal ring fixed at the upper part of inner chamber. And hoisting suspension loops are respectively fixed on side wall of carbonization inner container, carbonization inner container cover and furnace cover. This dry distillation charcoal carbonization furnace is seperated with combustor, realizing continuous work by using movable carbonization inner container. One furnace body can be equipped with multiple carbonization inner containers, no pre-heating when replacing inner containers, and its cooling can be completely out of the furnace body, greatly improving work efficiency, saving labor and costs, with good sealing effect, simple and novel structure, easy operation.
