1 It need a heat source heating fluidized bed when carbonizing machine start-up (first feeding) heating.

(1) One is a kind of using reverberatory furnace to produce heat flow to the combustion carbonizer ,to achieve the goal of heating carbonization machine.

(2) The other is adopting gasifier, lit sawdust by gasifier and gasification of combustible gas to burn carbonizer, to achieve the goal of heating carbonization machine. The sawdust gasification by carbon powder output device of the carbonization machine had become carbonization of carbon powder, in addition to the combustible gas recovery device through purification and utilization.

2 When carbonization machine heating to a certain temperature, the combustible gas which generated by dust separator for dust separation, gas and dust separated again through the recovery device for recovering purification and utilization.

3. After being carbonized machine heating start charing produced gas, by this time the furnace heating or stop gasifier and gas plant, preliminary heating equipment work over.Enter the stage of continuous carbonization. Preliminary heating time about 20 minutes to complete the preliminary heats up.

4. Carbonized machine work about 20-30 (different temperature different time) powder from carbonizer slowly into carbon powder after cooling discharging machine, and from the machine slowly flow, equipment production is normal, can uninterrupted feeding continuously, carbonization, the finished product.
