Brief introduction:

This gas flow type carbonization furnace is our newest developed products, and adopt advanced hot air carbonizing processing technology, which greatly increased carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) and shortened the carbonizing time (from 24 hours to 6 hours), and show the features of easy operation, higher safety, high efficiency, energy saving and environment protection.

Features of the charcoal carbonization stove:

Square carbonization furnace is an square stove used to change coconut shell, wood log, branch or sawdust briquettes into charcoal. We can provide the technology for establishing a charcoal stove. The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal greatly.

The carbonizing stove is equipped with hyperploids high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.

Working principle:

A.drying stage

from the start of ignition to the furnace temperature up to 160 °C, when the moisture contained rod mechanisms rely mainly on external heat and the heat generated by the combustion itself is evaporated . The chemical composition of rod mechanism hardly changed .

B.the initial stage of carbonization this phase depends mainly on the rod 's own combustion heat, the furnace temperature to rise to between 160 ~ 280 °C . In this case, a thermal decomposition reaction wood , the composition began to change . Wherein the composition is unstable , such as hemicellulose decomposition of CO2, CO , and a small amount of acetic acid and other substances.

C. This phase full carbonization temperature of 300 ~ 650 °C. In this stage , the wood material is thermally decomposed rapidly , while generating a large number of acetic acid , methanol and wood tar and other liquid products . Also produced methane, ethylene and other flammable gases , the combustion of combustible gas in the furnace . Thermal decomposition and combustion gases generated a lot of heat, the furnace temperature rises , carbonized wood into carbon at high temperatures .

NOTE: To calcination temperature charcoal, in addition to the three stages , we have to increase the heat , so that carbonization furnace temperature continues to rise to 800 °C ~ 1000 °C or so, so that we can release any remaining volatiles in charcoal , charcoal improve the carbon content , increasing the carbon graphite structure , conductivity enhancement .

3. The machine parts need to be put in a fixed container, should be fixed well, lest collision and wear, or lost.
