Working process for making briquettes  

1. Crushing : Crushing the raw material into 3-5mm .

We have two kinds of crushing machine , wood crusher and hammer mill

Feeding size of wood crusher : 50-250mm 

Feeding size of hammer mill : < 50mm 

So the most efficient way letting you get the suitable machine is telling me the size of your raw material when you send inquiry . 

2. Drying :  Drying the material from moisture 35-50% to 8-12% . 

We also have two kinds of drying machine . The hot air dryer with one stove and the hot air dryer with two stoves . 

Usually we will recommend you suitable dryer according to the moisture content of your material so it is great you kindly tell me the moisture content of your raw material in your inquiry . 

3. Briquette machine : Briquette machine can convert the material into briquettes with different shape ( round or square hexagonal cylinder ) different size ( 50 60 70 80 90 mm )

Different capacity requirements will have different choice of briquette machine so the capacity is necessary for you to tell me when you send inquiry.

4. Packing machine: Packing machine is mainly to pack the final briquettes into bags in a certain amount in order. We recommend the suitable model based on your detailed requirement about the capacity.

(2) Supply the foundation drawing of equipment.

(5) During the operation, we only collect the cost if the user willing to upgrade the equipment when we have the advantage technology.

2. After-sales service

(1) During the installation and commissioning, we shall send our technician to the site for guiding the installation and commissioning.

(2) During the installation and commissioning, we offer training service

(3) The quality assurance date is one year after commissioning.

(4) If the equipment appear the equipment failure because of improper handling of user, we are in charge of maintenance, and collect the appropriate cost.

(5)We offer the components with favorable price, perdurable maintenance. After quality assurance date, if the equipment need to be repaired, we only collect the cost price.

About packaging

we can offer free fumigation plywood case with steel frame, it not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid checking when exporting. For multiple machines, or production line, it's better to loaded in standard container 20GP, 40GP, usually it needs wrapped with plastic firstly, plywood case, then loaded in container.

About shipping

we can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms.

EXW: You arrange the shipping details from our factory to your port by yourself.

FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other ports of China, then you arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.

CIF: We arrange all shipping details to your country port, and ensure machines smooth arrival.
