Raw materials
Raw materials that pcb board recycling machine can process:
1. waste printed circuit board with or without electronic components.
2. CCL( copper-clad plate)
3. scrap circuit boards
waste circuit boards mainly comes from all kinds of scrap electric appliances, mainly including green board and yellow board. Green board is dismantled from waste televisions, computers, communications equipment, with high value;
yellow palte mainly from the tape recorder, audio equipment, washing machines, air conditioning and dismantling, with low value.

Process of the production line
pcb board recycling machine can be devided into two large process:
a). Physical process: physical crushing and separating, can we get the mix metal powder and nonmetal powder.metal powder has precious metal such as Au, Ag, Ba etc. the precious metal and Cu can be furtherly refined by our chemical precious metal refined process.
b). Chemical process: precious metal refined equipment (patented technology)
We can furtherly process the mixed metal powder, get the Copper and precious metal, such as GOLD, Argentum, Palladium etc.
