pyrolysis oil purification machinery

1. Waste Materials (tyres, plastics, etc.) are loaded into the pyrolysis reactor by the Feeding machine or manually and then doors are locked with our tight sealed door lock design.
2. System is started with the control panel operated by operator. The process is automatic and controlled by the control system. The first stage of the process is to heat up and dried up the waste.
3. Pyrolysis of the waste materials will begin once the reactor reaches certain temperature and the gas oil is generated from the waste.
4. The heavy density of the gas oil falls down into the heavy oil tank, and light oil gas rises up into condensers to be converted into oil and stored in the oil tank. Small quantity of gas which can not be liquefied will be recycled and collected by the recycling system for burning as fuel or stored accordingly after cleanness and other treatment.
5. Flue and smoke emitted into atmosphere after sulphuret, black removal.
6. Heating finished, and waiting for about 5 hours for natural cooling (or faster cooking with Nitrogen, CO2). The carbon black will be released by our high speed carbon discharge system automatically and stored in a special tank which is to prevent pollution.
7. Steel (for tires contain steel wires) will be removed at the final stage upon the carbon black being fully released. Steel removal requires opening the big door.
8. The next batch of process can be continued.

Feeding system :
(1) if the tyre is small , put it into the reactor directly
(2) if the tyre is big or the material is palstic , cut the big tyre into small part
(3) The length of the belt is 8-10 meters and the width is 0.8meter , which can stretch into the reactor abundantly .
(4) What’s more , the belt converyor is auto feeding , need less labor force , only one person to operate it .
Heating system :
(1) the fuel you using for the reactor includes coal , wood , natural gas or diesel
(2)when the temperature arrives to 100 , water steam can be eliminated by the blowoff valve on the gas separator (3)When the temperature goes to 200 , high purified oil gas comes into being
Purification system :
(1) gas separator can make oil gas and impurities separeted , remove the dust and slad , speed up the pyrolysis process
(2) As you request , a hommization design for the oil gas separator , we shall equip a negative pressure device
(3) After gas separator , the oil gas flows into the depositing tank , in which the oil can be devided into light oil and heavy oil , the heavy oil can floe into heavy oil tank , while the light oil will flow into the cooling system
Cooling system :
(2) After 15 pipe’s cooling , light oil flows into the light oil tank , but still remains some combustible gas can’t be cooled down to oil . It shall be re-deposited through the 16th pipe .
