Raw Material

Sand, gravel, cement, can add a lot of fly ash, slag, steel slag, coal gangue, ceramic, perlite and industrial waste.

Production line consisting:

1. Automatic batching system :

Including cement silo, cement electronic scales, screw conveyor, batching machine, belt feeder points.The system uses computer-controlled technology, to reach automatic correction amount, automatically fall correction, set the automatic and manual adjustment of the moisture content of the material, measurement accuracy, quality and stability. two or more raw materials were sent to two mixer by a belt feeder with corresponding ratio.

2.Mixing system
The system is consists of mixer, 8 m belt conveyor components. Need to increase with fabrics and fabric conveyor mixer when produce color products. After the system stirred the setting materials, the 8m conveyor belt will send to the hopper of the block making machine.

3.Molding system

Including the block making machine, send machine, send brick, hydraulic system , automatic control system .it needs to increase the fabric machine when produce the color products.

1)Particular storage and discription material system insure the feeding accuracy and avoiding the effect of exterior material. So the products have high density.
2)Adopting synchronization vibration insures the products making average. The frequency can change according to different technics. Low frequency in feeding material, high frequency vibration makes the different material to have a optimal vibration way.
3)The computer is of fault diagnosis system. Warning signal is propitious to eliminate the fault. Combine with long-distance controlling system, it can achieve scrutiny, controlling, diagnosis.
