Production of Lawn Brick Making Machine :
Paving brick making machine is portal shaped steel structure hydraulic machine. Pressuring method is down pressure. The maximal pressure of this machine is 250000KG, can make bricks which length within 500mm, thickness within 140mm, such as square brick,road-edge stone,lawn brick,the Netherlands brick,Spain brick,slope protection brick, blind brick and split products etc, is the ideal equipment for producing large size brick, and can be widely used in municipal,square,courtyard,community construction,gardens,buildings etc domains.
Investment Scale:
1. Production capacity. Take producing 250×250×50MM brick for example, 240 block/h, each year by 300 days calculation.
2. Floor area. Total 1500 square meters, including production workshop 50m2, raw material storage 50m2, office 50m2, other 1350m2.
3. Workers need four people. Host operating 2 people, mixer material feeding operating 1 person,Transportation is 1 person.
4. The total installed capacity is 11.5 KW, power consumption 8 KW/H, water consumption 4 T/day.
5. Main raw materials is sand,cement and cement etc.
