⒈ As for the installation or replacement of new and old mould, we must avoid collision, bump, civilized assembly, pay attention to protect the mold of paving concrete brick machine;
⒉ Often check the size and welding of combination parts for the mould. If there are weld cracks, should be promptly repaired; if there is too fast wear, adjust aggregate size; If there’s excessive wear, match a new mould.
⒊ Carefully adjust the gap in the small cement block machine, including the pressure head and the mould core, the pressure head and the material moving plane, mould frame and line board, etc. And the relative movement shall not interfere or rub touch.
⒋ When daily cleaning mould, use air compressors, soft tools to remove concrete residue. It’s strictly prohibited to beat or pry scraping mould;
⒌ The replaced mould of egg laying brick making machine should be cleaned, coated with oil rust, placed at the dry and flat place, in order to prevent gravity deformation.
