Introduction
Rotary drum dryer is also named as rotary dryer or drum dryer, it’s one of the most common drying equipment. This equipment is widely used in mining, cement, building materials, chemical industry and other sectors. Working Principle
The raw materials are sent to hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then sent into feeding end by hopper feeder and feeding pipe. The feeding pipe slope is bigger enough to make that the materials can be sent into rotary dryer smoothly. The dryer cylinder is rotary and has some angels with horizonal line. Materials are fed into dryer from higher end with heating-carrying agent, and pass through inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder to output end and then to final product hopper. The dust carried by heat-carrying agent generally needs to be collected by cyclone. And it needs bag filter or wet dust collector to further reduce the dust content. The dried products are sieved to get qualified size, used as final products.
