Introduction
Wood chips dryer, also called wood dryer or sawdust dryer, is used to dry the materials such as wood chips, sawdust, slurry, limestone, coal powder, clay in building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and cement industry. It’s mainly consisted of the rotor, lifting plate, transmission device, support device, etc. With advantages of large capacity, significant energy savings, low maintenance, etc.

Working Principle
Firstly, wood chips are sent to hopper by belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then sent into feeding end by hopper feeder and feeding pipe, which is bigger enough to ensure the materials can be sent into dryer smoothly. Wood chips are fed into wood dryer from one end with heating-carrying agent, and get past inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder to output end and then to final product hopper. The dust carried by heat-carrying agent often needs to be collected by cyclone. The dried wood chips are sieved to get qualified size as final products.
