Introduction
Three-drum dryer is also called three-cylinder dryer or triple-drum dryer. It has improved internal structure of monocular dryer, prolonging the time of pre-drying of wet materials and wet materials in the machine, in order to improve 50% to 80% of production capacity compared with original monocular dryer.
Moisture content of raw materials after drying can reach 1 to 0.5 % or below. As one of the wet materials drying equipment, it is highly efficient and energy-saving product. It can be used for drying slag, limestone, clay, sand, coal, iron, slag and other admixture; dry mixed mortar, yellow sand and bentonite in construction industry; waste slag, concentrate and tailings in chemical industry; coal slime, raw coal, flotation coal concentrate and mixed coal in coal industry.
Featurers
1. The investment of three drum dryer is 1/6 of foreign products. We use alloy steel plate, which is more wear resist than traditional steel plate.
2. This dryer can dry 15% moisture of material into lower than 0.5-1%, widely used in the cement plant, super fine slag and dry-mixed mortar.
3. The triple-drum dryer can improve 48% heat efficiency.
4. Fuel can use anthracite, soft coal, gangue, oil, and steam. And the dryer can dry 20-40mm of lump material, particle material, powder material.
5. Compared with single-cylinder dryer, it reduces 50% of floor area.
6. We can adjust the moisture content of final products according to customers’ demand.
7. The temperature of outer cylinder of dryer is only 60℃, and exhausted gas temperature is lower than 100℃. Besides, dust removal device can use two times than traditional dryer.
8. Coal consumption of three drum dryer is 1/3 of single-tube dryer, and save power 40%.
Working Principle
Wet materials are fed into the inner drum of the three-cylinder dryer, scattered by the lifting blades, and dried by co-current hot air inside the dryer. When moving to the middle drum from the other end of the inner drum, the materials go against the hot air inside. During this process, the wet materials absorb the heat not only from the inner drum, but also from the counter-current hot air inside the middle drum of the three drum dryer. So that the optimum drying effect is achieved due to longer drying time.
