 Introduction
Mesh belt dryer is a kind of drying equipment with batch, continuous production, and the main heating method can be electric heating, steam heating and hot air heating.

Working Principle
The materials are uniformly put on the mesh-belt, which takes 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire net, and the mesh-belt is drawn and moved inside the dryer by a transmission device. For each unit of the dryer, the hot air is circulated separately. Some exhausted gas is discharged by a special moisture elimination blower, and the waste gas is controlled by an adjusted valve. The hot air gets past the mesh-belt covered with the material from the top to the bottom or from bottom to the top, finishing the heat and mass transfer process. And this process will bring the material moisture away. The mesh-belt moves slowly, and running speed can be adjusted depending on the material temperature. After the drying, the final products will fall into the material collector continuously.

Structure
Mesh belt dryer is consisted of head, drying section, tail, mesh-belt, transmission device, air inlet pipe, discharge pipe, fan and other components.
Cabinet length composes of standard segments, in order to save space, the dryer can be made from multi-layere.
